Account Deletion
This page explains how to delete your Pikpin account or request help if you cannot access the app.
Delete in the App
- Open Pikpin and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings, then your profile or account page.
- Choose Delete Account and confirm the warning shown in the app.
If You Cannot Use the App
Email [email protected] from an address you can use for follow-up. Tell us that you want to delete your Pikpin account and include the sign-in method you used. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents.
We may need to verify that you control the account before completing the request.
What to Know
Account deletion disables account features, deletes account data, and disables public visibility for content created by that account.
Local data on your device can be deleted in the app. Subscriptions and purchase records can be managed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
