Account Deletion
This page explains how to delete your Pikpin account or request help if you cannot access the app.
Delete in the App
- Open Pikpin and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings, then your profile or account page.
- Choose Delete Account and confirm the warning shown in the app.
If You Cannot Use the App
Email [email protected] from an address you can use for follow-up. Tell us that you want to delete your Pikpin account and include the sign-in method you used. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents.
We may need to verify that you control the account before completing the request.
What to Know
Deleting your account permanently deletes, and cannot be undone:
- Your account and profile
- Your cloud backup
- Your published public collections
- Your custom postcards (names, locations, addresses, notes, and photos)
Not affected:
- Collection lists on your device stay on that device
- The original photos in your photo library
Subscriptions are not canceled automatically. Cancel them in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Purchase records, and records needed for support, security, or legal reasons, may still be kept.
